I've been writing stuff on the Internet since 1995. There's been art, advice about building web sites, about design, and a one-year journal of words and pictures. You can see links to this stuff in the sidebar to the right.

So far, I've tried to avoid pointed opinions and political views and, so far, I've been more or less successful. But the more I read the newspapers and the more I read about current events on the Internet (no TV), the more incensed I get, and the thinner my patience with the people in charge and with the people who are supposed to tell us what's happening gets. I've just about reached the boiling point.

Time for a new journal about what's on my mind. But before I start, there's one thing I'd like to say:

I'm mad as hell and I won't take it anymore!

So I'm moving to a high-rant district and the above sentiment is the name of this journal. This is where I'll post the thoughts that I'm forbidden to bring up at our family get-togethers.

I'm also trying out for the world's record for the longest domain name.

Today's advice: Avoid any diet that has the word "High, "Low,:" Doctor," or the name of a geographic location in it.
